Only one of my headlights light up, but when i flick my high beams on, they both light up. I changed the square headlight/bulb unit thinking the low beam was just burnt out, but even with a new one in, the same problem exists

anybody got any ideas? i dont like riding around with my high beams on all the time

check the fuse box. might be a fuse for the low beams per side

check the headlight grounds, friend had this exact problem on his civic

uses a common ground for high and low.

It's the headlight switch.
I SEARCHED it a while ago.

I have the same problem except my low beams work and my high beams only 1 works.
Changed the headlights too.

^+1 I just changed my switch n it all works fine you probly have a short somewhere in there.

i have the same problem, it just started happening tonight, can there still be a chance the bulb is just burnt?...i dont wanna go on a hunt tryna find the problem when is a simple fix

i did that shit like two months ago lol

forgot to update this, but i changed the headlight switch and everything worked

im trying to take out the headlight but the screws to the metal trim wont come out, even with pb blaster...if i brake it off is there a way to hold the headlight in place without it?
