Anybody rocking an alternative to plastic water bottles? My resoiver tank hatched like a little chicken coming out of an egg so I need some insights. And does the plastic water bottle comprimise the cooling?

Thanks in Advance

kk im just like dead broke and wanna see if I can temporarely home fab my own shit aka beer bottle or something. I don't care about looks right now only that it is functional. So is rocking a bottle messing with my cooling performance? I mean, what is the purpose of this fucking tank?

overflow.......u may have a little from time to time...not that huge of a deal jus get something there and u str8....

This is what I understand, and I'm at work so I'm not researching it but it sounds scientific enough so beleive it anyway.

The overflow tank catches evaporating water from the radiator and holds it there to cool, at some point or another (I think if the radiator is dry or something) a vaccuum is created and the water inside of it gets sucked into the radiator to help cool it.

With about $10 you can make one out of pvc piping.

This is exactly correct.

I used a Gatorade Bottle for a short time. Do not use Glass. The Coolant can be super hot and shatter the glass.
