Is your suspension stock? If so, probably blown struts.

will subframe collars help?
Shot subframe bushings will cause some movement in the rear but think about the maximum amount of play its gonna have. I had a canadian s13 with completely shot bushings and it made more noise than anything. Collars will help b/c they'll compress/preload the bushings. The problem is that at every corner of your car, your tires are putting up a fight b/c they're all trying to drive different directions.
mk. Well I already ordered rucas and hopefully I can get a new rack n pinion that way I can get it aligned.
