s14 brakes are not working

what's up my brakes are not working and my pedal goes all the way down and that's wen it brakes but very lil. my master cilinder is good. help plz

did u do any recent work on ur car?

how do u know the master is good??

did u just one day walk out to ur car, and bam step on the brakes and nothing??

does it lose fluid...first step check your brake booster vac hose see if leaks or on.....master might be leaking into your booster...air could be in the lines like drftnr14 said more info needed
 
probably your master cylinder bypassing in but without looking out it and the lack of info, that would be my first guess.
 
brakes

the pads are new, the calipers are new,the master cilynder works fine. the vacuum hose is good it does not have ne leaks. but a mechanic told me that the brake booster was not holding any vacuum. and all the lines were bleeded b4 he told me that. so I wet to advance auto parts and order one so lets c on the 8th wen it gets here. so........ what can it be plz help thank u in advance!
 
with a bad booster it would hold pressure but while holding the pedal would start creeping down...but lets hope it is the booster that way not a waste of time
 
my mechanic told me that it could get fuked up in both ways or won't hold up air or it would get hard as a rock so I hope is the booster to. if not I an always change it!

How much did that new one run you? If it were me figuring this problem out, I would have at the very least swapped in a used one that you know works before spending (I'm assuming way too much) on a brand new one.
 
my brakes are the same. I changed the booster and master and bled the lines and it brakes all the way at the end. plz help my number is 305-505-2852 my name is julio.I stay in miami fl. if one of u ways can help me ill appreciate it thanks. need to get the car running asap plz help
 
proportioning valve

I got the booster and master cylinder for 100 today in working condition but ill like to noe were I can find the proportioning valve in my 1995 240sx (not SE). plz lmk asap thank u. if it can be with a picture even better thanks in advance
