here is the question of the day.

what is the UPGRADE on cams the you do to the s14 ka.
i believe if you put s13 91 cams?
i also heard. TWIN exhaust! 91 cams.?

anyone has any leading info on this topyc? like actually done by people. lol

i know a friend that did the TWIN exhaust cams on an s13 ka.
but can it be done on an s14 ka. or is it better to put an intake and exhaust cams.

also what are the advantages, or the effects of doing this?

s13 cams. i dont know if the year 91 matters i thin kthey are all the same

i saw a post on SOME forum a while ago about tyring out ALL diffrent cam combinations of intake/exhuast..i think if you research it youll be able to find the 'best' set of degrees

91-EARLY 93 cams provide a bump* the late 93+ cams are in s14. Some set ups can realy kill you in the low-mid range but will make it up for it in the high end and vice-versa. But yea search in google since this has been covered many times over so it shouldn't be difficult to find some articles.
