Does anyone know whereby can get it rebuilt?? All I need is seals? I really want this to work. If anyone knows lmk please
 
im not sure you can rebuild t28 cause of the ball bearings. If you really need one your gonna have to get a center cartridge, the CHRA.
 
I thought only S15 SR's came with BB T28's? I think S14's had journal bearing T28's.. But ya, if it's BB it will need a new CHRA.
 
Regardless if it is ball bearing or not, you can have it checked out at Mike's Turbo to clear your mind. They are well priced and one of the biggest dealers in garret turbos for South Florida.

Mike's turbo is the way to go Jim. I always hear good things about them and I'm going to be sending out my turbo to them this summer for a rebuild.
 
Jimmy LMK what you're gonna do because my turbo seals just took a shit on me, I need to get them rebuilt before the event! Taking the turbo out tomorrow in the morning so I can take it to somewhere..??
 
or pull the oil line off, if there's a oil restrictor, it's DBB...

you can get the tag number off, and search it up on garrets website.
