S14 Tension Rods

I want to replace the tension rods in my 1997 s14 but im not sure what way to go:

-Replace just the bushing with Urethane (Prothane? Energysuspension?)
Or
-Replace the Tension Rod with Pillow Ball (Tein?, Revo?, SPL?, Megan?...)

Or maybe i should get the complete bushing kit from energysuspension (the tension rod bushing are including in the kit, right?)

adjustable all the way... also, unless your planning on replacing all your links / arms get a bushing kit...

SPL FTW...... over stock any day don't know about any other companies but adjustments r ur friend....
