what oil filter should i get for my sr20det red top? any synthetic 10w30 is ok?

the sentra SE-r would work? any year(with sr20de)?

yes the sentra oil filter will work just fine..as far as oil i run redline 10W30...been extremely happy with it..and yes its a synthetic
 
91-94 sentra ser oil filter for any s13 sr20. (95+ is for s14 and s15 sr20s)

NGK R heat range 7s: stock no. 4091 Part# R5671A-7. Advance sellls them for $1.99 each

I use Royal purple 10w-30. I used to use redline but royal purple i can get right down the street.

+1 on the K&N filter...if my memory serves me right i remember hearing something about mobil 1 stating that its not a (pure) synthetic anymore...rather a blend
