Something that will rice out drifting.

I love the people that bought their 240s within the last 6 months getting all worried about F&TF making the drift scene trendy. Uhhh, HELLO! You're a ****ing trend ball too. You're the reason this movie got made. Get over it. Don't feel bad though. Drifting is, has been, and will continue to be trendy. And why not really? It's fun, easy to get involved in, and puts those parts you buy to good use. A trend worth having if you ask me.

Personally I'd rather see a bunch of trendy, enthusiastic 16 year olds at drift events than the current stock of "I'm a bad *** b/c I drift" drifters.

I don't worry about the cops either. Young people **** around in whatever they get their hands on. F&TF 1 did NOT cause mass amounts of people to try to drive under tractor trailers (I think I remember 1 case). F&TF2 did NOT cause anyone to try to jump bridges in Miami or "race" around south beach. F&TF3 will NOT cause anymore people (than Initial D already did) to go out and try drift mountains or in parking garages. I mean, truth be told, I'd bet that over 90% of the males over 16 going to see this movie already know what drifting is. And one way or another, the younger guys will eventually find out.

I can tell you what I saw the F&TF do to the import scene though...it definitely helped take some of the spotlight of ghey *** honduh show cars and direct it onto bigger, badder cars like Supras, Rx7's, and Skylines. It actually paved the way, if you ask me, for a better import scene by making people see how stupid they looked/sounded asking for big bottles of nawz and other ricey parts.

Anyway...you all need to chill about this movie. It's not that big of a deal. Just remember that by going to watch it, talking about it, or renting it later on; you are ensuring the release of another F&TF!
