spacer adapter? 4x100 to 5x114.3

unsafe, but any adapter setup is unsafe.

get a 4x100-4x114.3 adapter and then another adapter from 4x114.3-5x114.3 just make sure your rims have a +56offset for those 2 foot spacers
 
those conversion spacrers are like 2inches thick so thing about wheel offset before u ger them
 
if youre still interested, r&r truck accessories in tallahassee custom orders these, and i think they can come as thin as 1/4". i was gonna order them for a bolt pattern conversion on my volvo. so if youre still linterseted you may wanna try and look into that
