im no sr or ka guru but im pretty sure the the s14 sr has varial valve timing, so i doubt it would be a up grade from the s13 cams. also im not 100% on this but back when i had a 240 all ka24de motors were the same in the 240s. the altima had a more agressive intake cam that people would use with the stock exhaust cam from the 240 which was more agressive than the altimas exhaust cam. again im not sure about any of this stuff cuz i havent owned a 240 in a realllllllllllllllllllly long time and i might have gotten somethings mixed up :ugh: haha240jw said:i know that s13 cams are a mild upgrade for a s14 KA, but are SR s13 cams the same, and
they are cams from a blacktop.
will they be beneficial to a s14 ka?
thanks all

javidrifter said:1.The KA cams are longer than the SR ones
2.SRs have roller rockers & KAs have tappets
3.SRs & KAs have verry ferw interchangeable parts & cams are not one of them
