figured its time for a new thread, but heres the old one for refererence

basically the cars still quick, but feels like its missing power
when i first start it up, it idles at like 1.5 and almost 2k if its cold, and when i press the clutch in to shift the revs jump UP instead of dropping down. thats probably something separate but it could be related to the smoking problem
according to my friends when im driving, it doesnt really smoke much, but it does smoke white a little, and when im hitting it, it only smokes a little bit of black. But at pretty much every red light i get to, ill come to a stop and see a huge cloud of white smoke just blow past my car, and i see it in my rear view mirror just straight POURING out, looking like an asshole and getting my smoke in other peoples windows
and every now and then ill get to a red light and it will only smoke a little bit, that i can see in the headlights of the car behind me, but not enough to fill the area with a cloud of smoke. So id say half of the time its like this, and the other half of the time its like a fog machine
a lot of people are saying turbo seals, but my turbo was fairly new when i put it on, and i already checked the intake pipe and the hot pipe for blow by, and its all dry in there, no oil
i know my piston ring on cyl 3 is worn because compression on it is 135, but i change my oil often with 20-50 and use that "engine restore" product, so its holding that off for now. the smoke smells like oil, but every time ive done an oil change, the oil level hasnt dropped since i put the oil in from the last change, so its like its burning oil, but its not
all this being said, its tough to figure out why its smoking so much. I doubt its the turbo seals because theres no blow by, and even though the smoke smells like it could be oil, my oil level on the dip stick never drops, or atleast not enough to notice
anyone here got any ideas, or would be able to take a look at it?
