Sr20 For 850?!

like parts you dont see all the time... i dont know say some kinda after market turbo or cams or a crazy colored vavle cover that maybe you saw on the forums... its just not easy.. you might get lucky and he might tell you that they are hot or something like then... then come back and tell us... we'll all go and jack him clean. see how he likes it. haha... i got dibs on a SR haha.

have him do a compression test in front of you.... they are cake to do. you can also have him take a (i think 27mm) socket to the harmonic balancer and spin the motor over...

open your ear units while this is going on listen for nasty noises.... and then just flat out ask him if you dont hear anything or if you do... is this bitch blown.

hey whats the name of the dude and what does it look like.. ? i know a dude that sells really cheap SR's (S13) and has a small shop in miami i saw the engines and the parts everything look clean... but is miami could be stolen ... :p

nahh the dude i know is Mike he is in this forum but doesnt post much ...but he has some SR20DET for cheapo ! is it black top , red top ?? Etc?? any other clues? we could go and check it out agains mine so we could see if is missing something

you dont kno how much he sells SR's for?
 
sr20de normally go for 800+ to 1200 for full swaps... i think the guy who came up to you was selling an NA sr20..
 
fwd sr20 dont sell for 850 thats insane, 350 at most

when u go look at the motor pop the valve cover off and see if its sludged up or if its that nice golden color
