at this point you should really do a compression test. You could be beating yourself up for no reason. A ring or two could have been swamped with enough fuel when it was running like poo that you damaged them...
then check the maf's, and replace all coilpacks with known good ones from a buddy. If you cant get a complete set, just try to get one, and replace it one by one with each of yours to see if that changes anything.
I dont think your issue is the harness, unless you blatantly mismatched the wires, or missed some to repair.
Could be mafs, so its not bad to check that.
Could also be your injector seals. They are super cheap and easy to replace. You cant tell they are damaged, and will make your car run like assss. I would lean towards this before servicing your injectors. You pulled them and tested them, so we know they arent stuck open or leaking FUEL. These seals leak air into the system and fuck shit up.
Shouldnt be your temp sensor because you should be able to unplug that thing and get the engine to atleast run smooth...

so if the resistance on the injectors r in spec...would that mean there not stuck open? and its the ecu? When I say firing, i mean combustion. Like fuel, air, and spark - not just spark. I was under the impression it was only 2cyl acting that way. Once again, if you isolate the two, you can trace your problem back to the injectors if you know for sure you're getting spark and your plugs are good and gapped properly. If the injectors are stuck open, maybe there's a problem w/ the injectors.
