Well I have researched this and I have had no luck. I want to know why my throttle body does not stay all the way shut when i try to attach the throttle cable. I tried to use the ka bracket but it doesnt fit on the manifold. When I try to attach the cable it can be attached but the throttle is open. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also where does the heater hose that passs inside the intake manifold attach to, the top? or the bottom? also researched that with no results. thanks in advance.
 
I dont know the details about the heater hoses, that stuff I usually figure out by looking at it.

The throttle not closing all the way could be due to the throttle cable being too tight, do you have any adjustment left to lengthen the cable? Also you need to check the throttle body stop and make sure that it is not adjusted to hold the throttle plate slightly open. Dose the throttle body spring return shut? are the springs weak?...... is the throttle body old and corroded? Can you close the throttle plate manually with your hand?
 
found out that the hose that runs below the intake goes to the lower nipple of the core. The hose that runs between the firewall and the engine goes to the top. still have to figure out what to do about the throttle body. Ill probably end up welding up a bracket of some sort. thanks for those who responded.
 
is the manifold stock? should just bolt up with out need of anything custom, on the greddy manifolds you have to either make a bracket or as i was told when talking to enjuku about it get an s14 TB pully and flip it so its upside down and use the stock bracket (they said that thats what the manual translates too) haven't tried it and don't know anyone that has but hey.
 
check the bracket it might be bent and if not youll have to bent it

had the some problem my sr didnt come so i bent the bracket and it works fine
