SR20DET Start problems!! HELP!!!

after my car sits overnight i go to crank it up and starts up perfectly fine.... but after that, if i want to turn on the car again through out the day it will not start unless i have a buddy of mine disconnect the fuel injector plugs, then crank the motor a couple of times until it starts and the plug the injectors back in.... im thinking its the injectors.... any suggestions???
 
STOP DRIVING THE CAR NOW.
doing that shit will wash your rings out and you'll be fucked and have to pull the motor apart.
Dont know what the problem is, but stop fucking driving it unless you want a fucked motor.
 
thanks for the help guys. just got paid, just installed a FPR didnt make a difference, so ordering new 780cc injectors tomorrow.... and im not driving it, its just chilling at the shop.... but we have been doing it alot to see whats wrong with it.... and it cant be any wiring bc we did all new wiring.... so hopefully these injectors will fix that problem
