Hey guys i have a quick question hopefully u guys can help me. When im driving down a road and i start to slow down my car turns off and doesnt wanna start. 5 minutes later it will start, drive for a while and then cut off. My rpm's go from 2000 to 0 and sputters then cuts off. I am not sure if it can be a fuel problem, batteryissue, or the altenator. if anyone knows please help. Thanks

its most likley the fuel pump itself bro, my car used to do the same thing.

it couldnt be your alternator or battery cause once your car is started its gona stay on until you turn it off.

and if your fuel lines werent hooked up properly i doubt it would start up.

^bigiepigie your right but only if the alternator was still good then it will stay on.

to the op. check your connections to and from the battery and alt then stop by autozone "get in the zone" or w/e and get both checked out for free in like 5 mins.

if the fuel hoses werent connected right, like they were reversed then you wouldnt get fuel pressure and it wouldnt start.

I found out the problem guys. It was a crack in one of the hoses from the intake to the motor. Idk who or when did it but a clamp came off and started to crack the hose. Hose replaced and nothing bad. For now.

sounds like the fuel pump is heating up and goin out. check fuel pressure right after it stalls out
