i need to put rear subframe bushings in an S13, i want urethane so what is a complete kit (8pcs)?
i do not want metal ones .
i do not want to reuse the old ones so i need "replacements" i think energy is just an add to the stocks but im not sure.
where i can get a good deal?
peak, uras, energy....? best bang for the money?
do i need to remove the whole subframe to put them on?

Thanx for any help

your right about enegry suspension it's just a insert. i'm not really sure who makes the whole bushing. and to change them you would need to take the subframe off the need to be pressed out i belive.

Most people remove the stocks by melting and cutting...so not easy. And again, with any collar, you're pre-loading the stocks so they're basically doing nothing.

well we have a special tool that makes subframe bushing replacement a cinch..they do make a type of tool basiclly a threaded rod with a ball bearing at either end and you have an assortment of collars that you can use to squeeze out the old one and pull in the new one...very simple...the cutting and burning out method will work however its a very time consuming process.

Very simple solution, buy z32 energy suspension subframe bushing's. all you gotta do then is shave abit off the top and bottom and you got yourself some poly subframe buhings that replace factory ones. :) .02 Abit complicated but not too hard. Good Luck.
