yes i had to partake in one of the most difficult things to do on a 240sx in a driveway..a clutch install...this is my like 8th time doin it and it doesnt get easier...
and im so ghetto i dont even use my own driveway....

and unglue tranny throw it on ground and wash it

make sure u have new clutch kit thingamado ready

remove old clutch crap and take a pic of ur hand holding it to show others...
after i put new clutch on engine with glue

shit isnt that hard ive done it a bunch of times i can do it pretty damn fast now
 
i know if you loosen the crossmember bolts (theres 4) itll lower the motor a bit and make it angle down so its easier to put the tranny back on.
the last time i did a clutch i did a couple other things too and got it down to like 5 hours.

still a long time but it was just me and a friend pretty much just watching lol

the point of my thread is that
ive honestly...noticed that the ka24de is way harder to do the clutch then a sr20det..
the sr20 tranny worked on so easy.... like a glove no games...lol...its supposed to be in the car ...thats why its so easy...

I like to get under the car with the tranny on top of me as in missionary position and then thrust my hips with the whole transmission till I can get it in the hole. It's usually difficult, but an old trick is to spit on the tip of it.
