Super bad date: OSW Drift Night April 5th

Osw is keepin it going with bad dates. The dates have nothing to do with Josh or Jason(doods running the event) Its the track manager that makes the dates.

April 5th @ OSW
4pm-11pm
$60 to register
$15 to ride along or drive
$5 to spectate
 
Come on matt it says it right there. 4-11pm. Gates will probably be open just a tad bit before.

$15 is for ride along or you can drive
$60 is for a drive and registering a car.

OSW = a great bunch of guys who I have much respect for

but that track will kill your car, and i'm not talking about the walls. I'm talking about the pot holes, and ditches through the in-field.

ROB THERE IS NOW WAY ITS AS BAD AS DESOTO? IS IT? DESOTO I FELT MY SUSPENSION SLAMMING ALL DAY. I HEARD OSW WAS IN A LITTLE BETTER COND.
 
Wow I Thought Desoto Was The Worst Id See In Sfl But I Still Wanna Come Check Out Osw. At Desoto On The Bank Everytime I Would Kick It Out I Would Hit Those Pothole +bumbs= Front End Pushin And Me Shitin Myself.
 
Its not that bad if you can keep it on the track. In the inner oval there are some junks missing of the side and the drop of is like 4-5 inches. Coming off the X to the apron is like a 2" raise that is a little rough.

Pay at the gate. There is no driver's cap as of yet. Usually around 30 cars there.

One of the reasons I like ovals, is for the third gear.
 
No this is definitely the place to get comfortable with the bank. I was doing last event, but the entry speed was kinda slow b/c of how they ran the course and I can't get the rb to stop breaking up between 4-6k.

Come on Matt you'll be the coolest guy out there drifting a 350z. Nothing but shitboxes out there.
 
non-bias overview:

desoto= 12 degree banking with more straight-away, with no apron, Baller infield combos(pizza flavored), smooth infield to bank transition, rough pitted shit for bank pavement. OSW= 12degree banking, baller smooth apron, one lane infield with corner mod., 2" rim killer transition infield to bank, decent bank pavement! that pretty much sums it up.
