if your broke get kyb gr2's if you got like 300 get KYB AGX they are adjustable. I have gr2's and they ride good but do adjustment to make it stiffer

True what he said, GR2's best bang for your buck if your on a budget.

GR2's would be a good choice if you're on a budget. They will not blow. I have a GS-T with KYB GR2's and Eibach lowering springs. The car sits and rides nice and I've had the shocks on for over 3 years. No problems with 'em whatsoever. I was looking at the same setup for my S13 back when I was looking for suspension on a budget. I was gonna go with KYB's and Tein springs but then I figured it wouldn't be enough for me so I got coilovers :bigthumbu IMHO save up and get coilovers. Best route and you won't regret it. If not, go ahead and get the GR2's.

would they last with the lowering springs?

yea i had them w/ tein s-techs and i used the car to rally sometimes and i never had a problem with them... and i even got them all off a car at the junkyard (with the springs!).. i only got rid of them to get coilovers

I got a set of Tokico illuminati shocks, I am selling the car cheap as dirt due to its rebuilt title and other motor issues.....i will trade you your setup plus $200...lemme know.

About the shock selection....gr2's a no no. They are what the other guy said "stock replacement" stock struts aren't used supposed to be run with lowering springs. They will blow but only after 2 or 3 years. But hey people cut springs and drive on blown struts everyday.

Get some KYB agx's they are awsome for a daily. Coilovers are a little bouncy and they might get annoying for a daily driver....on the other hand they are awsome for autox and drifting.
