who was the guy in the blue s14 he was a total tool and he was pissing everyone off

i have nothing against him personally, all im going to say is i hate when people dont stick to the course layout, and waste time understeering, spinning out or doing donuts...if you cant hold a clean drift for two laps of the skidpad, then dont try to do two laps. just try the layout and get off. otherwise you might hit a fence.
