that ls1 car.... has an insane amount of wiring in it....on the dash... its insane....

whats stupid about that is the amount of wiring for a "race harness".... there shouldnt be that much going on there.
 
i run my whole car including sunroof and windows off of 1/4 of that harness.

As a matter of fact, my complete chassis harness (excluding engine harness) weights in at 9.8lbs
 
I thought the same thing. That guy has a shit ton or cabling and relays there. I do like the exposed wiring though as it makes trouble shooting cake. Who cares how it looks, its a fucking track car.

he is actually rebuilding the car and its gonna hide it all. go to the end of the thread and he gives you a link to the rebuild

I'm not talking about it being exposed or "jdm mad tite tucked". Thats alot of shit for nothing and in a "race car"? Stupid.

Considering I run my whole entire power everything car off my custom setup 1/5th that size. Yea.
 
gotcha. IDK nothin about wiring/harness/electrical anyhting. but I will hopefully learn alot with my next project since I won't be able to pay someone to do the wiring.

More wires = More POWA! right?:laugh:
