thermo control switch

i need a bit of help. my goal here is to make 2 e-fans turn on together at a certain temp automatically . ebay sells a adapter that you place between a radiator hose and place a sensor like this -

my question is what sensor can i use that closes the circuit when it reaches a certain temp and fits in that hole? can i use the oem coolant temp sensor?-

if so what temp would it complete the circuit? i will be using a autozone thermo control switch.

completing the circuit at 80? the thermostat opens at like 180, so then pretty much my fans will be on all the time -_-
correct me if im wrong?
im having a hard time understanding this for some reason

Advance auto has maybe two or three kits like this. You don't even need a hose adapter like that. It just creates more areas that can leak. With this kit you can just poke the probe through the fins of the radiator near the inlet side and it should work just fine. I used a kit like this on my rx7. Mine wasn't adjustable though, just a 185*F sensor.
