i dont hassle with the system. if i get a ticket for something so small that wont put points on my license i just pay the fee and move on with life. court will just end up costing you more!
and by the way Chris...do i really even need to let you know how i feel about this??
damn, out of 5 pages, no response back from suan.

suan best of luck but wrong is wrong and right is right there is a time and a place for things...
hopes to see you guys on a track again soon...300 hp KA-T coming
well i know what its like to get caught and keep doing it. this is why im so against it now. the BIG difference is I was getting caught BEFORE Florida ever even had heard of a drift event... = I had no choice of track vs street.
My penalty was $250fine 4points. I have been pulled over for 'other infractions' after been seen or been reported that there was a 'car matching my description' seen sliding in parking lot nearby- and it had been me all 3 of those times, but only once did I get a ticket for the other infraction.
I really think part of why I don't fall victim to the 'just this one turn, its been a while' kind of street bs is that my car is trailer only and never even sees the road.
You can try to get out of it, but with the history already there, they will most likely be harsher than the first time since- to them- you obviously aren't getting the message.
Support Florida Drifting- don't give the government more bailout money to waste.
