Transmission problem..Pls Help

I have a Dodge Stealth That the engine was recently swaped .It came from a 3000Gt and also the tranny...The 1st gear slips out and grinds.any special tricks to get rid of this problem.Any infos will be appreciated.......

Mitsubishi really sucks when it comes to trannys. Get it rebuilt, or sell it and buy a new one.
