turbo timer help

i got a used greddy turbo timer and i have reiwred it like 4 times thinking it was just wired wrong to the car
but no matter what i do it keeps poping the female fuse in my fuse box in the engine bay
im guessing its a bad turbo timer

anybody ever had this problem
maybe a solution w/o buy a new timer ??
 
its poping the 30amp female ign fuse that pretty much runs my hole dash so i lose my dash completely car wont turn over or anything
