i want schaub to take it but hes been talking down by punches multiple times and hasnt fought anyone significant. so Gonzaga KOs Schaub in the 2nd

* Light Heavyweight bout: Tito Ortiz vs. Matt Hamill
Matt Hamill KO's Ortiz in the 1st

* Welterweight bout: Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago
this is gonna be a sick fight, i say it goes to Decision Thiago

* Welterweight bout: Jake Shields vs. Martin Kampmann
Martin Kampmann TKOs Shields in the 2nd

* Heavyweight Championship bout: Brock Lesnar (c) vs Cain Velasquez
Even though i hate the son of a bitch, Lesnar KOs Velasquez any round
 
yeah he did. that's 2 fights in a row now (even though he beat carwin, he got his ass handed to him the 1st rd and should have lost).

Yeah man I made 50 bucks thanks to all the over cocky Lesner colt fans. Yea the man is a beast but he Is not that great of a fighter

You're trippin.

He played Carwin. He let him try and pound him and just drained himself and then he couldn't defend himself from anything in the 2nd round and got his ass choked out.
 
I was going for Lesnar but you could tell that Velasquez was going to give him a a good fight and came out winning, just happened to be a better fighter this time around. I still like Lesnar tho.
 
Lesnar is a great fighter to whoever says he isnt. For a man his size, his speed is incredible, and he's very wise when it comes to defending himself. Idk why everyone has this Lesnar is cocky thing because right after the fight he got interviewed and he said, I went out there gave it my best but velasquez was a better fighter than me this time.

Played him? Was he playing cain too but lost his game getting his face ripped open? The carwin fight should have been stopped by the rules - it didn't, he gassed, and lost. But Brock got annihilated the 1st round. That was no game plan lol.
 
he didnt get his ass beat by carwin, and the rules clearly state the fight proceeds as long as the fighter is defending himself. Brock was always defending himself against Carwin. He was on his back with a very skilled fighter on top of him, and he defended perfectly. Carwin landed 1 out of every 5 hits. If brocks face didnt get cut open the fight would have lasted. Im sure no one here as ever felt someone pound on a huge cut on your face. It doesnt feel good and no one is going to be able to handle that..
 
Tonymac is right. Brock got knock to a daze and was wobbling around the rest of that round and yes carwin should of capitalized on it and knocked him out again. Brock wasn't defending himself good at all I couldn't believe they kept it goin. But the. Brock got his composer back and got him in a hold cuz he couldn't stand up with the guy. Cane put it to him. I thought cane was gonna look like a mouse next to Brock but I thought he fought exellant even tho when he was on top of Brock his punches didn't really have anything behind them and I was surprised to finally see Brock be humble. That was why I always disliked the guy

Dude, the stoppage is from not defending himself intelligently which is exactly what happened with Carwin but it didn't get stopped. And he was cut up after that fight too (not that a cut has anything to do with this). Cuts don't slow you down in a fight dude - its blood in the eye or if the dr. recommends stoppage that you worry about. Have you ever seen a fighter getting hit on a cut and acting like it hurts lol?
 
No cuts dont stop you, and no you dont act like it hurts. But with a huge cut on your face your gonna do everything to protect it and that leaves you open to the other fighter.
