I had to create a new thread to answer some questions in the locked thread "Understanding Aftermarket S-Chassi Suspension Components" which should never have been locked in the first place (IMHO).

^well just my springs lower it liek 2.5 inches and i know regular coilovers lower it liek 4 inches....i really do like the any apring rate thing....im going to look more into it.....BTW how did you get the buzz specs i have been trying to find them forever only seen them once on ebay....im wating to ither get koni yellows or the buzz specs if i can damn find them.

Hey Anthony. First off, IDK how low GC's can go. It's more than 2 inches, that's for sure. Just look at pics of my car...it may 'seem' high, but remember that I'm riding on 17's. Just look at the wheel gap. My coilovers are set at about 75% down FYI. They CAN go lower than my settings although it doesn't make any sense to do so.

As for the Buzz Specs, I'd stay away from them and just get the Konis...they are better and you can have them valved specifically for your spring rates. I got my buzz specs through ebay though. You can also look for Gab Super Strokes...they are the EXACT same thing, but cost roughly 25% more and are easier to come by.

Sorry if I sound n00bish but WTF is Buzz spec? Pics/Info Please

Zak...they are my struts...KYB Buzz Specs. They are like a stiffer valved, short stroke version of the AGX's. Basically a circuit strut made for a bigger drops and stiffer springs. ;)

Because it's frusterating how rediculously fast threads are locked these days and for reasons even more rediculous. Maybe try deleting the stupid 'off topic' posts instead of locking an entire thread...makes sense to me especially when parts of the thread are still clearly ON topic.

thanks for the info dori dori, i might look into your suspension setup in the future, sounds interesting.

i have ridin in koni yellows only ONCE in juan car oh boy they ride NICE.....wayyy better then agx's for anyone looking into getting shocks go with koni's yes they are more epxneisve and if your using the stock spring and shock combo you have to cut and drill on your stock front struts to get the koni's in.....the koni yellows are sleve type only for the front though....i was there when juan installed them and its not that hard at all.....P.S. GET KONI's.
