Sounds worse than when my single cam did it.. If this is even the same.
I was driving home from abe's shop, had a tire blow, replaced, and then had a ticking sound.. It got louder and louder and resulted in this. [This is the last time I had the car on]

I just want to be sure that it's the timing chain before wasting my time and money fixing it.

well only one real way to find out run that shit for a good 5 minutes the knock doesnt get worse(like reallly bad) then its not rod knock.
