I've been using Windows Movie Maker. It ain't the best, but it's free.

vegas , premier..just use movie maker or your comp will blow up

yeah the updated version of windows movie maker will do you fine.

If you have a bit of talent and creativity you can make a video just as good as anything produced with the bigger stuff like premier and ulead vstudio etc
