Want some connecs on roll cages

What's the best way to go about getting a roll cage and installing one?

Can someone point me to a few shops that can do the work?
Is it better to go custom or buy them pre-fit like the Enjuku racing ones?
Prices?

I'd like some feedback from people with roll cages please :]
 
But what good is a un-installed roll cage?
More info please, I'm willing to learn haha.
