Welded Differential

First anyone have a spare open differential they want to give away? I am going to run a welded differential on my track car untill I can upgrade to a better unit (i'm thinking Kazz in the far future) Anyway, does anyone know a shop that can weld a differential and do a good job for pretty cheap?

ahhh, i love a good opportunity....lets set up sum dates or something. i want to weld the diff on my 180.

i have read that a welded diff is frowned upon, but if done correctly...works just fine!

Well they say you might break your axels with the welded diff (not a good thing to do at high speeds!) that's more likely if you're making high HP but I think i'm ok with my 150HP SOHC lol...

oh and the way this works is like a diff exchange. i give you a welded and you give me the open. so its less work for me i just slap in a diff and keep your stocker.
