yes, you just hit a person but then you have the choice to leave and let them die or stop and save a life. a life that would've been taken before its time...how can anyone call themselves a man after knowing that....man the fuck up and face what you done accident or otherwise. i know if roles were reversed you would want some kind of help..

and anyone that thinks it's fair for this specific asshole to be out on bail deserves to feel the pain this girls family is going through.

I think its fair. Bail is bail and accidents happen. Shitty to run away at first but he got caught/turned himself in, whatever. Im guessing turned himself in with bail that low.

I guess it doesn't make sense literally, but when I wrote it I was just typing to vent. What I meant to say is that this guy took a life and for 15K he gets to walk out of jail after admitting he is guilty. It's not fair. I'm not saying bail isn't fair, I'm saying in this case it isn't.

i completely agree with the OP on what SHOULD be done. but we live in a system, and things work a certain way in that system. the system wont change because you dont like how it handles a specific matter. either gtfo or accept it, im not saying its right, cuz its not, by any means. but if u wana change it, then try to get involved in the community. ive done my fair share of bitching about how things arent fair, and guess what...most people dnt give a fuck. so i know ur venting but on a serious note, if it bothers u that much try to make a difference.

I do make a difference. I'm an activist and advocate for free speech and like I said before, I do everything I can to help someone in need. If I could tell you the stories of the shenanigans I find myself into trying to help others you would laugh your ass off.
