I know this is a bit disturbing but I couldn't help and laugh while hearing this because it's so surreal. If you have seen the news about some lady that kept a chimp in her house as a pet and gave him xanax to keep him calm but it freaked out and killed her friend. Well this is the 911 call.

1) How the fuck is the operator not laughing
2) Wonder what pissed off the chimp so bad
3) If you own any animal that has not been fully domesticated for the last fucking 2000 years then don't be surprised when they do what comes with millions of years of instinct and fuck your shit up.

The Chimp's name was Travis, had been owned by the lady who called since it was 3 days old. The Chimp has been in commercials for companies like Coca-Cola and Old Navy.
The lady who was attacked, lost her eyes, nose, part of her jaw, and suffered other hand injuries. When police had arrived, the chimp tried to get into one of the police cars, and broke off the mirror when he couldn't open the door, he then walked over to the driver side where he opened the door and the cop in the car unloaded a clip on his ass. The chimp ran to his cage and died.

saw this on another forum. the owner of the chimp should be in jail IMO....having a pet monkey is one thing, but living w/ a chimp like its your son? then giving it xanax? she's not wrapped too tight.
 
Considering xanax has a number of negative side effects including aggression and depression, idk why anyone would medicate an intelligent animal living in their own home who's species is known to sometimes be highly aggressive and also substantially stronger than humans.
