Where could I take my ae86 to?

Is there a reputable shop where I could take my ae86 to get fixed? I need it fixed ASAP.

Car: 85 corolla gt-s
Engine: 16v 4age
Miles: a lot
Modifications: nothing major, stock head/block
When did the problem start happening: after rebuild

nothing is wrong mechanically. it has to do with wiring.
