Smoke test dat shit... Or get a can of brake cleaner n spray it in lil burst around vacuum sorces. If u hear a change in engine rpm/sound note..TADA u found ur vacuum leak

the maf wire has two connectors on it one for the maf and another that just hangs i dont know what to do with that one

s14 wiring harness has two plugs by the maf dont worry about the second one .. just put a intake on that motor and connect the vacuum hose that your put your finger on in the video that kinda made the noise go away
sounds like its leaking from the iaac cause when you put your finger on the hose and then remove it the noise changes so check that hose maybe its pinched somewere or has a small hole .
