they only make 17x8 , don't want 18's

don't like them
for a 240
i think if you get the right size/offset any wheel looks hot on any car...here is a pick of the kodiak wheels on a 240 so you can have some visual preference...

also, i believe that people like to convert to 5 lug on the S chassis cars for the greater selection on wheels offfered in 5 lug than in 4lug....when i think 4 lug i think corolla or civic which = small.
just thought i would point that out. not many people like to go big with "big wheels" and stay 4lug.

You do realize that a 17x10 with a 15mm offset will give you less clearance on the outside and the inside? And if 5mm of clearance is all you need on the inside, why not just get a 5mm spacer?

INDEED!

i am not sure about wheel fittin but i think he wants to use a 275...dont know if that would fit properly on an 9in rim.

I ran a 275 on a 9.0 rim. LOOKED LIKE CRAPOLA! Ballooned out the sidewall! WOT IMO

not sure about that but the whells i have right now are 17x9 20mm offset , the wheels doesn't stick out but is right there and can't go more bigger than 245 or 55 even at 35, so i figure that a 15mm offset would br perfect and can go bigger tire 275 maybe, or i may wrong and confused, i thought that the less offset the whelll goes in more ?

there are those ebay sport max rims that are 17x7 in the front and 17x9 in the rear but the offset is +35
35 offset is way crazy

u right about the 5 lug conversion, i just never did it and did the brake upgrade allready(q45) so guess im gonna stay a bit more with the 4 lugs crap

No need to think about it. http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html <-use it.

You sound like you need to roll/pull your fenders.
