wich wire is the speed limiter wire on the s13 ecu my ar revs out at 5000 rpms heard that cuting the wire is a possible solutios i have tried everything else

my car rev limiter is at 5000rpms at any gear

First you're talking about speed limiters, now its rev limiters.... now which is it?

on a previous thread some person had the same problem and they said to cut the speed limiter wire becuase the car always thinks its in 5th gear and cutting the wire would let it rev up to it real limit
