rent...will it be extra? should we go ahead and set the price at 20 with or without byob? is it flat rate for a day? or hour based? if anyone can chime in on the rent rates that'd be great or i'll see if i cant find someway to contact them. so three weeks from now. july 17th sun or saturday. save it. i think more ppl want sunday than sat. either day is fine for me.

WAITTT too much talking ,lol. I dont know how wpb area is or how they do big bbq.. here in miami beach we have a nice park .i think is $60 buks to rent a place under a roof, with like 2 -3 big tables. you can put the music loud as u want. it like 30 feet away from beach. u got bathroom 10feet away from the place. The only part that sucks is that the grill is really small. is for like 5 or 6 people. but if i get a pick up truck i can bring 2 of my grills.
Now. no one will want to drive to miami beach. so that the other option is in hollywood. like sheridan st. or something.
but..why not WPB people do a drive up to miami beach on a nice sunday ? lol . take it a day to eat,drink,relax at the beach. lol

the whole "pitching money in" thing is bullshit to me. im sure everyone would be more comfortable bringing their own coolers with their preferred beverage, and if you want some bbq, bring some meat (don't be stingy and bring a steak for yourself) enough for you and an extra person (being considerate) and cook it yourself or stay by the grill while the chef cooks it.

you rent those places from the city. i rented a place in miami beach to do my wife b-day and is great. u can bring a nice sound system , and there is no problem, its a flat rate. beach get really full on sundays, hard to find a grill. but if u reserve it u gonna have a good time in there. u can be there from 7am till 7 pm if u want.
bro we're both from Miami, so we both know how much of a heat up the beach is.

i think when u have lot of people that dosnt work. at least for me. cuz everyone is trying to cook their food. or on top of the chef witch i dont like that. i like to do different kind of meat and some other things, ask a few people if they like well done ir medium, and i put food on each plate for everyone ( with the help of someone )and coolers should be there for everyone. anyone can open any cooler and take whatever they like, coronas, water,coke,or other different beer, i like wine. if someone like wine can bring some.
And im pretty sure that everyone will like the meat that i buy here in mia.

Had a great time at the BBQ yesterday good seeing you guys and meeting new people, it was awesome and I don't know who ate my 12" salami dog but I got real but hurt... Anywho we should do this again!!!!
