WTB: Bmw tuning

Friend of a friend.
He has all the parts needed for installation and is almost ready but has no idea what to do about tuning.

It's a 92 325is m50 motor non vamos.

Any insight would be appreciated
A shop dealing with BMW would be even better.
Or just connections like we have enjunku and enthalpy

I'm starting my research now just thought I'd start here.
