WTF Gauge Cluster Problem

Ok i rubbed through some wiring one night out sliding but didnt break any wires and my tach and speedo dont work, and the gas gauge reads wayyyy past full. So i taped everything up and ziptied it out of the way and it still doesnt work.. any ideas of what is going on?

well i thought so but then one day my tach popped on and was completely wrong and my low fuel light blinks on and off all the time..
