k i needed help putting together this, but i fgiured it out, so

now that i have snap ring plyers assembled, how the FUCK are you supposed to take out that C clip for the shifter?

i cant squeeze it hard enough to compress it enough to take it out

any time i think i compressed it enough, it just "snaps" back out

this shit is driving me crazy

You take the pin lookin thing and stick it through the spring, then the center hole on the jaw, then the center hole on the pliers. once the pin is through everything, lock that little "slide-lock?" in place....retard.:laugh:

you have to insert the snap ring pliers, squeeze, and keep squeezing and work it out, sometimes it helps to have a small screwdriver to help pry and work it out

i keep trying this shit over and over

i can get them to the point where the ends are almost touching, but if i move it to the side to try and get it out, oh no, it has to snap

i swear to god im gonna fucking kill sombody

how bad is it if you drive your car without transmission fluid for like 8 miles just once?
 
you shouldnt start the car without fluid it will mess up the bearing even in nuetral. just keep playing thw thw snap ring you'll get it, get a small screw driver and try to pry it out. it's very doable

also if you have a cheap set of snap ring pliers just throw it away the reversable ones are garbge
 
the bottles of gear fluid should have a pointy top get a hose the fits tightly and then put the other end of the hose in the tranny, then squezze the bottle.
do this until the fluid starts to overflow then your done.
 
then get a hose on the bottom of the funnel and inside slip the hose through the inside of the car through the shifter hole and into the fill hole then fill it with fil with fluid and gravity will feed it in.
if that doesnt work, use your imagination

wow, just wow, u seriously need someone to hold your hand, and i would never ever ever ever ever put old used fluid thats been sitting in a pan back into my trans
