lol use to 5 years ago...had an EG6 hatch completely Spooned out from Spoon Sports; SW388s, hood, lip, brakes, lug nuts, exhaust system, motor, rear roof wing, steering wheel...but it was turbo charged with $10,000 dumped in the motor, the car produced on the dyno....358whp and 300lbs of torque on 20psi on a T-60.....ran an 11.2 at the track @ 125mph with street tires and no LSD....don't ask how but the car was no joke....I do some what miss it...lol

lucky bastard i really wished spoon made parts for my vigor, i heard mugen made some headers but they were rarer than a virgin at spring break.

do you know how well respected and how expensive Spoon Sports is?? the motor alone cost about $4500 to $6000 depending on your connection....I built a B16 with Spoon internals.....if you love the game, u do what everyone else does and buy original legit shit, no knock offs
 
spoon makes great parts hands down i had a spoon b16 in my civic and that thing was a monster. I don't hate hondas i hate the drivers. lol

i have the utmost-high respect for spoon sports...

...but my theory is if me/somebody/baby-jesus were to spend 10k for 350hp ..... i would hope its to win more money (i.e. investment)

...i have no place to to say if you did it for self pleasure or for track use...

...all im saying is that i hope you got your money back from such an investment... :(

bro, it was for self pleasure but i was willingly dumping money in that car because i love the game...its a disease, a deadly virus that runs in my blood stream. How girls can go spend money on $800 shoes or $1500 dress for one fucking night, well i rather spend it on something that will keep me happy, plus when i sold that car, I parted out the turbo motor and installed a stock B16 and made twice as much back in my pocket.

but if you want to know about making money, I rather not, because then i would be saying street racing is good and winning money street racing is even better....my best advice is built what you can afford and use it on a track only!
