Spacing wheels 10mm more after Alignment has been done.

Would spacing wheels an additional 10 mm after aligning throw the alignment off? If it does would it be too significant to even worry about? It seems my camber is really off so I am having a hard time deciding how big of a spacer should I get before aligning. I am thinking, I may possibly have to space out about 10 additional milmiters after alignemnt if anything. Aero-K Team, looks like you guys graduated this whole offset BS with honors a long time ago! What do you guys think? Please heeelp!!!!!

i dont see how the spacing would affect the aligment. you are just pushing the wheels strait out and nothing more.

I thought so at first, but few people have told me it may, specifically camber. Hence here I am asking these possible stupid questions, LOL

i can see where people would think that, but the angle is going to stay the same weather the spacer is there or not.

No its changes, but since your using small 10mm spacer it wont hurt it all, the only thing yoou will change SLIGHTLY is camber, if your camber is a perfect 0 then it wont change anything at all, as long as the spacers are perfectly flat, if its small on one side compared to the other then yes it will change, but considering spacers are ussually flat, unless you get crap ones, then it would only change camber setting SLIGHTLY. But not enough to really make a big deal about it.

P.S> to the people who answer question who THINK and not KNOW the answer, DONT post at all, whats the point of answering a question your not totally sure on?

ive looked at my cars the wrong way before and it fucks up the allignment

As soon as you leave and hit a pot hole or speed bump wrong your alignment will be off.

To answer your question YES your specs will change. The significance of the change is slight and won't have ill effect(or is it affect? who knows). As long as the spacer is a reputable brand and are both the same width you have nothing to worry about.

Why wait ill after the alignment to get the spacer? Remember to get extended studs.

I am getting Eibach spacers hub centric. The kit already brings the longer studs. Thanks all for the input. I went to Autoglitz yesterday and they helped me sort this out some. Thank you Autoglitz as well.

Why wait ill after the alignment to get the spacer?

Because once the alignment is done, it may bring the camber/wheel out enough to where I may decide not to use a spacer anymore.
