night shot tips needed

Well i took some pics right before my car got towed its been a realy long night but i could use some tips. im no pro by a long shot so i welcome all critics. :)

Work on the apecture, lighting is there but you need to know how to use it, turn off the head lamps unless you know how to take photos with them on. Also you dont necessarily need to use street lamps go to builds they have the better bulbs as in white lighting instead of the yellow lighting.

better yet anyone who knows alot about my camera mind one day sitting down with me and teaching me about stuff i dont know.
