Thats why when i do work its 1/2 down and when you get the photos the rest will be paid for. Or you will get nothing and like it.

bro i woulda been puttin leans on peoples cars along fuckin time ago. Every time im at the shop theres always people there taking advantage of the shop and never paying. Shits just not right im not gonna put people out there but they know who they are.
 
That's messed up. That shop alone is responsible for keeping many drifters around here well. . .drifting. I've always loved going there and being with other people that understand this "life." All I can say is to come up with a payment policy similiar to what someone said before. 1/2 before and 1/2 after the work is finished, unless it will be done same day. Then just pay in full.

dude, you let those who owe you money drive away but you hide in their trunk a diamond back rattle snake, and let that bitch take care of them.... then at the their funeral you show up dressed like a pimp and walk up to their mother's and be like "WHERE IS MA MONAY BIZETCH?" in a serious note, thats pretty low man, people taking advantage of others is a big no... i hope you get this matter solved..
 
What the shiznit! Maybe you were being to lenient with them? I know from personal experience that when you show someone the piece of cake they want the whole damn cake! You have the upper hand though right now, if he/she doesn't pay, put the lien on it! Don't feel sorry for nobody no more! You own a business, you have friends, and you have customers!

no its not like i can part the car now. i trust people. once. i got fucked, many a time. they come for one thing, and never show. its like the opposite of a slimeball shop that takes months to get shit done, after you payed in full. i may take my sweet time but i dont take money till the job is done.
 
just go with the proper method i got fucked enough in my shop now if i dont trust you, you get to fill out a work order and pay if not i will lien that shit. But remember no work order no lien or no authority to say pay me they can just come with the cops and pickup their car without a signed workorder.
 
Not to sound out of place where is your shop :0 and what type of work you do and i would pay upfront.

There is an easy fix to the problem they dont want to pay yank the motor and give them the shell and say here untill you pay both half's ant leaving this shop on its own power.
 
yup. work orders. 50% up front(non returnable). rest on delivery or no car. 45 days and bye bye title.

thats the new rules. forget who you are. you pay... you pay now!
