Now i have about 45000 miles on the Z and not a drop of oil is out of on the motor. buying a motor with less then 15 thousand mile you would think the same but no this motor was literally covered in oil and grim so i decided hey I don't think he deserves the money since the motor wasn't as described.

when u saw the motor out of the car....when i was loading it in ur truck u never once said anything about the oil....and to my knowledge there was no oil leak i dont know what ur talking about...when u saw the motor in this so called shitty condition u should have ask for ur money back not taken the motor

ya and that motor never dropped one drop of oil in my driveway when i had it
 
lol this thread is awsome!!!! post pics to prove the motor was the way u say it was theres 4 people say the motor was in great condition! fresh rebuilt with 14k on it or less! ur the only one saying theres problems! u made a deal! stick by it. be a man, not some child! pay the man and its over! ur really gonna fight over $50! u saw the motor when u went to pick it up! why then didnt u say anything? u say it up close and in person, u chosed to take the motor in the condition it was in! u should of inspected before u took it home!!


sorry to say adam, secrets2k- this guy aint gonna give u ur $50! its never gonna happen, just end the discution with him, and go on! he fails, he know he does! everyone that reads this thread will see the same. just watch out for scammers like him!

just start a hater club for z33TT in ur sig with a link to this thread. thats all u can do, and tell other to watch out for his scammin ways.

exactly what iam tryin to say he could have said no iam not taking it when he say this "oil leak" but he decide to take it anyways....i can put it in my sig i dont have a orange name :(
 
Dude your a tool. Its common business sense. You agreed to pay a price and you didnt. You are in the wrong Z33TT. If you didnt like it, as stated before, you could have easily returned the motor and got your money back. BUT it was YOUR CHOICE to get the new gaskets. Not theres. If you didnt want to go through that trouble then return it. SIMPLE. Dont be a douche bag.

I call for ban from marketplace for Z33TT

Seriously what is with you guys and name calling? and yea i have to admit it was my choice...and it was a bad one but I'm not giving him 50 dollars.

I say pay agreed price...
If the tables were turned, say you sold somthing for an agreed price, you even let the guy slide for a bit on 50 bux and then he just one day decides "ehh, you know what im not payin" you'd be pissed too.
 
z33tt fails on this whole thread theres 4 trustworthy people that say the engine was good that means pay, or be MR FAILSAUCE MCGEE. Unless u already are. Pay the guy that way i dont have to c this dump thread.
 
FAJASON! wow bro 50 bux? honestly bro if i were u i would just pay up and save your name cause bro honestly slidewayz knows what im talking about when i tell you ive been in this situation....i went to naples for a fucking rebuilt SR with no manifolds and it was blown to shit, supposedly the bottom end was rebuilt and it wasnt but i didnt have tools to take it apart so i took his word and well w/e you win some and lose some....deal with it pay up and thats it just remember somthing if you dont pay always remember you aint going to have any trust on this site...and well hope you don't get into serious problems with other people you don't pay:ugh:

yeah man that was def my bad cuzz i didnt even check the motor when i bought it. It was supposed to have been a "rebuilt" motor.
I sold it to him though for much cheaper than I got it and sold him brand New BC shit with it. I tried to get my money back in order to get CHris his money back but that didnt work out.

Adam i have know your mom and dad since i wa sabout 14 and you were probably around 11 or 12. I'm not implying that someones parents are better then anothers. I'm simply stating my parents did have the money and they bought it for me. so please stop saying "ooo mommy and daddy this and this" its seriously pointless I'm sure if your parents gave you a car you wouldnt be like "o no i don't want it. It would spoil me" would you?

I dont want to be an asshole, i never had an oil leak on the motor.... I gave Adam the motor pretty dirty, cause i pulled the thing out by myself 45 minutes before adam got my house.. The motor never had an oil leak, i got that motor with 174K miles in it.. the engine was blown and the timing chain had eaten through 2 tensioners... Between my mechanic and me, we got started on it. We rebuilt it and added an ACT clutch to the tranny, i did over 15 drift event with that engine, and it was pretty much used for drifting cause i have a daily so i had no reason to drive the s13. Like i stated before i treated the engine very good with oil changes every 3 months, castrol syntech 10/30 and K&N oil filters. before i sold it i removed the UR crank pully and the fidanza flywheel and i replaced the front and rear main seals... I have many people on this site to bouch how good and clean that motor was... people like bladder who saw the engine apart and took pics of the block when the head was at the machine shop.. and all of the OG guys can tell you how clean and strong that motor was.

ya i never had an oil leak either and jeremy had the motor for maybe a month? i want to see pictures of the oil leaks or it didnt happen..i parked in my car port for the few months i had it and not once did i see a drop of oil on the ground..and how he said he gave me the motor dirty,i never cleaned it before i put it in because i was in a rush to get it in..

you need to give us our 50 bucks or you need to get off this forum
 
burninskulls091 - I think its your fault personally, seeing how your car doesn't have any rims its automatically your fault.
 
ok ok ok im not taking side here or anything, i didnt not see the condition of it in jeremys car i know it drove and what not, but when i did go to joshs that engine was haggard=nasty, disgusting, yes oil leaking somehow idk how i didnt look i just said hey you know theres oil leaking from your engine and there was a big puddle.

and with the money thing why dont you guys split it instead of 50 pay 25 lol
