Proof its a black top SR?

I listed my car on ebay which has a black top SR20. Some genius bought the car using the buy now option and now he is claiming the SR is a red top painted black.

So my question is, are there other ways to prove its a black top other than the fins on the head?

I don't know if he is just trying to act dumb cause he doesn't want to buy the car anymore or he is plain out stupid. Either way I want to prove to him as mich as possible its a black top.

Their are no returns on ebay when it comes to ebay motors.....the car is sold as is and thats that! Tell him he is shit out of luck

Call ebay and fight it!
 
Alas, the changes/advantages of the s13 Blacktop:*

-Newer
-Usually lower mileage
-Usually about $500 more expensive (because its newer)
-Minor ECU changes 96-98 (interchangeable with all s13 ECU’s)
-Minor wire harness changes
-Larger Oxygen Sensor (still narrow band, no performance gain) SEND a Pic of that is all i can think of

Well he isent trying to return it. He is trying not to pay for it so the car is still here with me.

Thanks for the info! Ima take the picture now and see if he still try's to deny it is not a black top.
 
the s13 black/red top are virtually the same and the only difference is that the red top was produced earlyer than black top and higher miles put into motor
 
there are internal differences your retards.... but to prove that would mean taking the motor apart.

I see.....uhmm, geez....i am stuck, I guess do whats right bro, where did you get the motor or if any means of maybe calling Moe and have him make up an invoice for a black top or somewhere in that sort.
