Ok here's the deal there this 97 240 that i've had an eye on for the past month. The car is parked in a shopping plaza and has been in the same spot for awhile. So today i go to one of the business's that the car is parked right in front of, and ask em about it. The guy says he knows nothing about it and that it has been parked there for the past 3 months, he says it just showed up one day and that he has called the cops about it and they said that there is nothing they can do about it since its on private property. I got the guys tag # and just wanted to see if there is a way to get info from it so i can contact the owner. if there is a way to do it how do i do it? thanks...:bigthumbu
